Day one of the move.

Hire van - check
Early morning alarm - check
Hearty breakfast - check
Dry weather - check/uncheck

A very long, busy, but productive day today, managed to move most of the contents of the house. This was the only load to be taken in the car, my entire record and cd collection. Entrusted Mrs DM to drive it down to the new house, under strict orders not to go over 30mph! ;-)
All arrived safe and well, but it'll have to sit on the dining room floor until some new shelving is bought to house it all.
