Tuesday 18 August 2009: Brighton Pier at Dusk....
Just had a drive down to Brighton to get some shots of both piers, but I have decided that the skeleton of the old pier would have to be the blip tonight.
The gulls around the pier looks good, but the low light meant a slow shutter speed has slightly blurred them.
This pier was going to be renovated at a cost of £25M until some kind persons decided that it was a waste of money and firebombed it from a speed boat, now even I think it is beyond repair.
Work went a little better today and tomorrow we are holding a sale day for customers hopefully about 25-35 will turn up and buy a few bricks as I need a few holes in the stock yard for the coming winter.
