Almeria by moonlight. Arrived in Sorbas, Spain today and settled in to our accommodation. 40 undergrads, 2 demonstrators and 2 Lecturers, 7 days in Europe's only desert.

This is not a particularly good photo but it was a stunning night, the nearly full moon was almost too bright to look at and everything was a soft blue in the moonlight.
