Day 7, Rio Agua (River Water haha) Walked from where we were staying to an amazing deposit of gypsum associated with the famous Messinian Salinity crisis (or the 'Big salt problem'). One of the most interesting days despite only being out for 3 hours. We found this little guy there too! We got lucky with the wildlife on this trip, there were no scorpions or snakes or wild boar encounters, just geckos and lizards.
Spent the rest of the day chilling in the Urra field centre and travelling home to Leicester. One of my favourite ever tips.
