I sometimes feel that Blip is a bit like a sport where you have form. Sometimes that form is good and the inspiration is high and every time the shutter is pressed something half decent comes out of it. Then there are those searching around the house at 11pm, or wet, damp and dreary day Blips which suck the energy and soul out of photography and that can surely be seen writ large in the image. Probably however, most of the time is spent somewhere in the middle and this is one of those photographs (although leaning towards the bad form end). It was grey and uninspiring today and nothing seemed to sing (think I was spoilt by all that lovely sun the last week or so) so these daisies are the best I can manage.

Funnily enough when we moved in we had no idea what they were, they seemed entwined in everything and when we cut them back they always seemed to reappear, luckily however they have turned out to be a good asset.

Thank you for all your lovely comments yesterday, bizarrely my canal scene has gone mad on Flickr and has now had 3687 views so far today, crazy stuff.
