Delfsail 2009

A very difficult choice today.
I had to pick one out of 279 pictures for my daily Blip.

Today we were at "Delfsail 2009"; a happening that returns every six years in the harbour of Delfzijl in the top of Holland.
They expect 1 million people over 5 days, watching the tall ships like "Kruzenstern", "Sedov", "Mir", "Europa", "Staatsraad Lehmkuhl", Stad Amsterdam" and "Cisne Branco" and many more.
It was just great being a part of this....
Blip of today is a look at old ("Sedov" and new (Harbour crane).

On our way to Delfzijl we walked on the dike along the Waddensea and spotted this
cormorant drying his wings.
