Cake Mix

Despite my anti - early Christmas rant, Mrs Simac always makes an award winning Christmas cake at this time of the year and I wholeheartedly approve. It gives the cake time to mature and, she always makes a tester that we can tuck into straight away!
When I say award winning, it would win awards should she choose to enter it into competitions.
