Thursday 27 August 2009: Using a camera to communicate.
There are quite often notices like this on the entry door to my apartment building. I can read some Chinese notices pertaining to water and electricity outages and small things but when they are as long was this, I take a picture of them and when I get to school, I show a few of the people there the message on the screen on the back of the camera and find out what it says.. Sometimes it's hard for them to translate it. I have no real idea what this one says. When I took it to school, they told me it related to people who have retired.. Certainly not me.
