Autumn colour

Took the day off work for a council meeting today. On my way to the meeting I took this picture of the berries of a spindle tree (Euonymus europaeus) I helped to plant a few years ago.

After the meeting we laid our wild-flower turf lawn in the pouring rain. It may not have been good for us but it's probably good for the lawn!

After returning the trailer we use to collect the lawn turn my father arrived for dinner. So a pretty busy day!
