Wussy Parent Route

Lots of fun for my birthday today. Breakfast out with family. A trip to Arnside to buy a second hand grown up bed for my daughter. A brief visit to Kendal Wool Fest. Then Sizergh Castle to try out the new Woodland Play Trail.

Very kindly they had put in an alternative Wussy Parent Route stile so we didn't have to crawl through a tunnel! Kids seemed to have great time and even I got to have a go at some of the challenges. Back to the castle for pond dipping then cake in the cafe..

A quick visit to Low Sizergh Barn for their bit of Wool Fest then back to my parents' for Sunday dinner. For more photos I have added them to my Autumn flickr set
