RX1

This fishing boat coming into Rye Harbour this morning. on the high tide, after a night at sea.
There are only two opportunities a day to come into Rye from the sea so this boat must have gone out at about 10 pm last night, I hope they had a good catch.
Curious this is RX1, RX stands for Rye susseX but number 1, Does this mean this boat and skipper are the head of the fleet? Don't know but will try and find out :-)
