Munich Underground: 1/100 Aidenbachstraße underground station

I decided to start a series, that can take me through the cold and snowy Munich winter days. It will be all about the stations of Munich's U-Bahn and their architecture. There are some real beauties in the network, but also a lot of very average ones.

Me being German, the series obviously has to be strictly alphabetical...

The first station in the series is a highly average one. Aidenbachstraße underground station was opened 1989, when the planners of the Munich underground were all about functionality and did not give much thought about architecture and arts. It is served by the orange U3 line.
