Sgurr nan Gillean

I'm bad for saying it was a hundred blip day today but it was again; this time on the Isle of Skye.

I'm also bad for criticising myself for the CRSS, cheap road side shot. Well this is a very cheap road side shot and in the ten minutes I was stopped I probably took about a hundred shots; albeit that most were 3 frame bracketed versions for fear of messing up in front of such a vista.

This is one of Scotland's finest mountains, the soaring jagged gabbro profile of Sgurr nan Gillean. Mull was tremendous earlier in the week and you think it can't get better and then the mist lifts from the Cuillins.
