Thursday 17 October 2013: Not found in an English orchard

Yesterday's blip may have you wondering why I would own a 30 cm plastic centipede. I do not, in fact, own one, but we borrowed a box of plastic and wooden animals to put into the community orchard as an activity for children on Saturday. The box of animals contained many that are not native to the UK so they won't be going into the orchard and this blipped toucan is one of them. Not only are they non-native but they eat fruit which isn't something we want to encourage too much of in our orchard...
