Hammonasset, overlooking Morraine

I love these 'insert 25c' binoculars, and they do lend themselves to B&W. This one is really an homage to one of Ian Dolphin's which is one of my favourite pictures.

A good day at Hammonasset with Heather and Sarah, surf scooters, double crested cormorants, great white egrets, great blue herons, blue herons, white morph blue herons, in fact more herons than you could shake a 100-400mm lens at. So instead I chose this to upload as my blip and I'll post the heron images later.
