Dazzled Ducks

After our yoga class in Fairhaven this afternoon, Phil and I strolled down to Padden Creek Lagoon, adjacent to Bellingham Bay, where we enjoyed watching the convoys of Canada geese, Mallards, and seagulls gliding by in water gilded by the late afternoon light.

The message in this image almost made it my blip today, but it's not often that a female mallard takes center stage, so this trio of dabbling ducks won out.
