A bruised sky

Today's weather was so much better than yesterdays. The fire fighters are still working to keep the fires well under control however at sunset the winds had picked up again from the south and here I am looking over to Dudley and Redhead behind. A helicopter was water bombing although you can't see it here. Thick smoke is everywhere and you can see it here flowing out to sea. As I was watching I could see new billows coming up no doubt caught in the winds. Still no houses destroyed here thanks again to our wonderful firefighters.
