Dales Way run

Having received a number for the Langdale Christmas pudding 10k I thought I'd better run a bit further than the 4.5 km I managed last week. So I set off from Staveley in the sunshine this morning.

When I reached the choice of sticking to road or going cross country I chose the off road route. It turned out to be a beautiful but very muddy and wet!

At least I ran a total of nearly 6km which is a few steps in right direction...
