Market Colonnade

We took the bus to Loket this morning, a very pretty village but also very small and quiet, so we had lunch and made our way back to Karlovy Vary.

In the photograph is Market Colonnade; Karlovy Vary is a spa town and has lots of these colonnades with hot springs in them ranging from 30-75º C, people drink the water as it supposedly has curative abilities. The Colonnade was built in 1883 by Viennese architects Fellner and Helmer.
