Blade damage

Hobbled round teh hill with juno and lots of company.

Work was a bruising of brilliance.

Lunchtime walk was ill advised but good fun.

Home early and coaching, had to wear crocs.

We did shooting drills and by the end they were hitting the ball much better.

Eco daughter turned 15 today.

At coaching last night and young lady tackled me and this is the result.
