Board Meeting

We held this month's monthly Board Meeting in the factory.
This is our Malawi Board in picture. It is a requirement on the Government that we have at least 3 Malawian members, but we feel that the way to go is that all except 3 are Malawian.
One place for Mary and Myself, the founders and one place for a visiting volunteer, Denise in this case.
We believe in total transparency, so we involve all our volunteers in all we do, good and bad days, warts and all.
