Decapitated leftover

We did a few bits and pieces of wash-up and tidy-up before quietly leaving our hosts around 11:30. They still had a good bit of work to do to take down all the Halloween decorations and return their apartment to normal, including returning this mask to its owner.

We stopped off at Blanchardstown Centre to try for a cover/keyboard for Carl's new Surface tablet which he's got for his college work. No joy in either Harvey Norman or PC World, though, and suddenly it was time to get me back to Glasthule to pick up my car and make my way across the city for today's music session. This was one of our quarterly concert days, and two of our members treated us to fantastic programme of music by Schubert. Our host was out latest recruit, opening his home to us after just a few weeks in the group. He did us proud.

The rest of this last day of Summer Time was spent lazily.
