The end of a bad day.

The extra hour of morning light did not happen today! The sky was leaden and the rain was falling, but the winds were much less than we had expected. Sadly others through out the rest of the country were not so lucky. The rains finally stopped and the were some sunny spells, further clearing of the sky after dark has sent the temperatures falling, the heating has gone on this evening at least until we go to bed.
