Alan Carlisle, artist and musician, Glasgow.

Al is one of the eight Absent Voices artists, recently profiled by Jan Patience "An accomplished songwriter and music producer, Alan has performed with a number of bands in the Glasgow music scene. He studied sound engineering and is also a sought-after studio technician. To cap it off, he is in a band called Alphabetical Order Orchestra with Ryan King and Tiziano Galli."

He's a lovely lad with a cheeky grin...I'm looking forward to working with him scoring a film I'm directing about these magnificent structures and their darker history.
