Go home to meet builder

Builder leaves after giving much more reasonable estimate than I got elsewhere
Bro1 arrives home & asks if there has been any progress on the great HTC debacle
I sigh
Then I phone Three the network provider, they get nowhere with HTC, I speak yet a bloody gain to HTC who tell me 'there is nothing more to be done until the repair centre respond to the call centres emails'
We're now 3 weeks into a repair service that was supposed to take a week. No one seems to know or give two hoots as to where the handset is or be willing to provide us with a new replacement handset.

Absolutely furious.

An hour and a half of my life wasted. That's just this afternoon, god knows how long I've spent in the phone this past fortnight.

Tackle laundry mountain again, it grew after school, flaming kids. Third load in machine.

Cook tea.

Do dishes.

Gin.
