Maxines Mobile Pizzas

A visit to Buxton university this morning to talk to the students about the Bakewell Baking Festival. A super bunch who came up with some good ideas.
On the way back I bumped into Maxine who had set up her stall selling the most delicious pizzas cooked to order in her wood fired pizza oven.
I tried out the beetroot pizza, which had a really thin crust and was absolutely delicious, and at £4.00 fantastic value.
