Double chocolate raspberry tart.

We are off out tonight to celebrate a friend's birthday. I've been asked to provide the pudding.

It's a shortbread biscuit base with a layer of chocolate ganache laced with triple sec ( a bit like Cointreau ), a layer of raspberries, another layer of ganache and raspberries topped with melted white chocolate.
