One Year On

Last year on Remembrance Sunday I blipped these veterans

One year on and I went back into city centre for the service and as I walked past the fountains this gentleman was walking towards me and I recognised it was the guy in the middle of last year's blip.

I was delighted to see him and recognise him and he was delighted to have his photo taken .

It was one of those wonderful serendipitous moments. Had I arrived five seconds later I would not have seen him as he would have been part of the crowds.

I have just emailed him the shots of both years .

Thank you veteran hero and thank you all servicemen past and present
