The big guy

This is the first time Chickpea has met the big guy in charge of Christmas commercialism! In fact we haven't even really talked about Father Christmas as I'm never sure exactly which way to go with it but she seems happy enough with their little chat. And he only told her she has to be good about three times.

We did have a really nice time meeting some friends today at Bent's Garden Centre. I didn't realize how much there was to do there! There was an outdoor play area that was well utilized, also an indoor area with tractors and hay which was even more exciting! And a line of fountans which probably weren't meant to be toys but the kids would have happily played in them all day. And all of that is before the myriad of gorgeous Christmas displays. We will definitely have to go back before the end of the season, we didn't even have time to get cocoa and that is a must!
