AIM: £1 a day challenge
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2,2,2,2,3 miles
COUNTDOWN: 280 miles

Still back blipping!!
Aaarrgghh weight went up again at the start of the week so happy ok to be the same. Decided I need a kick start so going to do the £1 a day food challenge and send donation to Typhoon fund....just awful.
HOWEVER on the positive side I feel I can half way looming on the walking challenge.
