Daughter L stayed up until 5 am, her room was a total pig stye and her mother forbade her going to soccer until the room was repaired as Mom's college friend Susan was coming to stay and would be occupying L's room.

It was otherwise a glorious day.

We did end up going to soccer though the team played without vigor and lost to the team they beat yesterday.

Ellen and Pete came to watch the game. Ellen is suffering from a severe cat bite which appeared quite angry and inflamed.

I started watching "Grand Torino", Susan came for dinner and now I'm catching up on blips before a busy work week.
