Customer Service

I'd no sooner finished my rant that customer service in this country's not what it once was and we're going to the dogs when this apology arrived.

Which reminds me, I made a customer service complaint the other day and flounced off....only to have to do that slink back in to get my debit card which I'd forgotten in my haste to make a point.
