Autumn hills

Walking on the old railway line (Abergavenny to Merthyr Tydfil) today on the side of Cwm Clydach with Abergavenny Walking for Health to see the autumn colours. Last year we were a bit early (and it rained), this year, a little late (and it rained - but only a bit!). I've brightened the image a little, to compensate for the sun failing to burst through the loitering cloud cover and spread its roseate beams at the appropriate time. It waited, of course, until we had got off the minibuses on our return!
