The makings of pasta sauce

Feeling a bit better than I was yesterday, thank goodness. I didn't have 2 seconds to spare today because I was trawling my way through the 950+ pictures from Sunday's fight.

Thank you so much for the positive comments on my blipfolio , I was nervous to say the least about the reaction from the fighters but they absolutely love them and i've had e-mails aplenty asking to buy them!! Oh my word :)))

A late night dinner of roasted tomato and garlic linguine with sweet chilli meatballs - delish!

2 days 'til 500...all the necessary plans are in place.
