Chinese / Swedish Rowan

Janet is putting together a photobook containing many of her paintings. My role in this is photographing some of the paintings.
Today it was the turn of some mounted and framed paintings done using Chinese techniques and materials. This is one of the paintings that travelled to Shanghai to get mounted - it's a rather specialised technique! The Chinese newspaper around the edge was Janet's idea. The newspaper was just packing material when the painting came back!
Unfortunately our contact in Shanghai has now returned to Sweden so that side of things has temporarily halted.
So, no snow scenes today, more a "what I was doing" entry.
