Purple

It's Purple on the colour challenge today, but I really wanted to blip my beautiful romanesco cauliflower instead, so popped it in my new basket, which features some purple in it. Unfortunately I forgot to take this blip in daylight, so it hasn't come out well, but it really is a lovely looking vegetable, and tastes lovely too... somewhere between cauliflower and broccoli, but with a better texture than either, in my opinion.
