Deep Heat...

Okay, so I might be slightly regretting my wee escapade yesterday....

Nah, I'm not really but by jings, my knees are shot. Walking up stairs is not too bad and the cycle in was not too bad at all. Walking along is done gingerly and down stairs is not too pleasant at all.

Well seeing as cycling around the office isn't terribly practical, I'd better just lather up in the deep heat whilst I can.
