friend coming round for dinner so made a shepherd's pie based on Cyrus Todiwala recipe …….. turned out real nice with the toasted cumin & coriander seed flavours coming through nicely with the lamb …… topping was mashed potato but with some cream and eggs mixed through before in the oven which was lovely …..
