Miss A is always drawing or writing these days. She has little notebooks and slips of paper hidden in every nook and cranny of our home. Watching her grow in this aspect has been delightful. We notice her being quite focused on her journal entries these days. I couldn't be more pleased to see her expressing her thoughts this way. Here she is nestled on the couch with a new notepad her Oma has given her, pausing to look across at the Christmas tree and to give me a hard time about perching on the step with a camera. I feel my days are numbered in capturing her this way, free, graciously allowing me to steal a glimpse of her inner self so that I can forever remember it...
