A Room With A View

I came across a few of these strange abodes months ago. They are the homes of some sort of bag moth but I've never been lucky enough to see it actually emerge.

I'd like to collect one but I'm not sure if Ms Moth is still in there. Although now that I've studied this shot I can see there is a thick wad of spider web underneath! I'm thinking that perhaps someone else has moved in? All the more reason not to collect it!
