Posada

The young couple and their (recumbent) donkey have arrived at the posada. They are journeying around the congregation during Advent, and will end up at the stable and the crib by Christmas time. Even if the slight angling of the figures suggests Mary is having a bit of a tiff with Joseph. Maybe he's refused to stop and ask for directions?
