One of those days

When the best made plans go down the pan! It started off well and we began to write Christmas cards and from then on it was pretty much downhill.
R went to take some pictures for blip but didn't find inspiration or a good shot today; the cards were left while we helped our friends with a minor emergency; R's appointment at 4.15 actually took place at 6pm by which time the evening meal looked a bit sad and we still hadn't posted a picture; then the laptop refused to load Windows. So, here it is "Periwinkle" the upside of a frustrating day!
