Hyacinth

This morning was gorgeous first thing with a beautiful misty sunrise. How stupid not to dash out and take advantage of it as the day steadily deteriorated after that.

We were waiting in for a certain double glazing company whose name begins with 'A' based in the east of the country to come for (I think) the 4th time to sort out an ongoing problem with a window that one of their fitters damaged at installation. It didnt surprise me that they cancelled at about 12.30 having said they would come this morning and I had waited in.

Never mind, there's always an emergency flower blip to fall back on.
