Cooper's Hawk (juvenile)

Stopped at Heritage Park in Cerritos looking for a quick blip. Figured I could blip a wigeon. As I pulled into a parking space, I see a bird of prey near the top of the sycamore tree straight ahead.

I can blip the wigeons for another day.
