A fleeting moment

The day was gray and gloomy, for the most part, but for just a very fleeting moment, the heavens opened and sunshine poured onto the streets of downtown Bellingham (where parking meters and pay stations have been given a break this month until December 25th, providing FREE parking for holiday activities, i.e. shopping).
