2013 Challenge - Spindle

When my tape dispenser was broken by being accidentally dropped on the floor, I saved this (2013 challenge) Spindle in case I lost the one on my replacement.
However, the next tape dispenser had a "spindle" that was permanently attached.
It merely slid back and forth when new tape was added, making this spindle a useless and anachronistic piece of plastic.
