Saturday 3 October 2009: In the fall
Despite the wintery wind, I was out the door again
The sky turned to flames of blues, yellows and pinks, mixing with the autumn oranges to wrap around me
Last week I found out that I've done my back in. Bad. Proper Bad.
Walking helps, although it does give you time to think
After an hour, I think I'd been right through the full range of emotions all over again and I'm back ready to fight.
Autumn really is Mother Natures best smile...
