Jurassic Coast

This is the Dorset coast between Durdle Door and White Nothe. It's part of the Jurassic Coast world heritage site and the big news on this is that David Attenborough, Tim Smit (Eden Project) and Renzo Piano (architect of The Shard) are planning to get funding to build a Jurassic equivalent of the Eden Project in a disused quarry on the Isle of Portland.

It would be just what the island needs to regenerate it - the main economy there is the limestone quarrying industry, not much opportunity otherwise - and what Dorset needs to give its tourism business a boost. They're hoping to get backing from businesses and I wish them luck.
