Springs anew

The village has always had water, there are two large reservoirs under the streets left from the medieval times, the village was a hub of travel round and across Devon, the surrounding hills are also very wet and very green. More recently the village has grown and the local school has done a load of much need upgrading from porta cabins to buildings, and a few fields are now being built on, but this growth of concrete has made the underground springs pop up in odd places, and the local drains can't cope. Some have come up in the road and run for a while until they go down the drain while others just run in to the drains. Of course they can't cope. This drain is just up from my Mums and the over flow is eating away at her drive edge, it makes a river down the road and never slows down.
