Magic Kingdom

You KNOW it's cold at Disney when the Tiki God's snot freezes...

Weather in the am was 30 degrees, with widely reported hard freeze warnings throughout the county. Much of Disney's flowerbeds were under wraps.

Today we stood at the rope and waved Mickey into the station to open the Magic Kingdom. Then it was a footrace to the back of the park to ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad roller coaster; We managed First train, 3rd car! (Made Carol's entire day). Rode it three times before the crowds came.

Other artsy shots, but nothing to touch the Tiki God (who, with his other cohorts, was still spewing a refreshing steam for those overheated guests...)

Fitbit Tracker Stats: 20,935 steps (remember that it's a good exercise day if you can attain 10,ooo steps!) 9.33 miles, and 25 flights of stairs in altitude. Whew!
